Dealing with the Covid-19 situation, Orrick's actions have shown it's true colors - WE are a family, WE are in this together and WE will get through this together. Orrick has tried to keep all of their employees informed every step of the way and ease the uncertainty and anxiety created by this pandemic. Orrick has worked to avoid lay-offs at every level by having everyone share the financial hardships as well as offering financial benefits whenever possible.
